Find a suitable plot of land for a bungalow
This is the most important thing before starting the actual planning. In order to correctly estimate how large the property should be, we recommend you consider 3 aspects:
- Perimeter area to adjacent properties (to be verified in the development plan),
- Number of residents
- Green spaces and associated accessories such as double garage and/or covered parking space are desired.
