The requirements of builders and modernizers of a modern window are high. It must be airtight, protect against noise, save energy for heating and provide security against burglary. The new and innovative plastic window “Ecofusion” from Oknoplast takes all these wishes into account. The narrow wing profiles also allow for larger glass surfaces, which bring more natural light into rooms than conventional systems. With its elegant and timeless look, Ecofusion adapts well to all architectural styles. Despite the thin construction, the window is very robust and durable. It is produced according to the highest German quality standards.
Windows are considered a critical point when it comes to keeping your house or apartment warm – this is where most of the heat escapes and through the facade. Especially if the windows are more than 20 years old, it is necessary to check their insulating properties, otherwise the window will literally heat up. This must be avoided at all costs, both for environmental reasons and due to the currently very high energy prices due to the war in Ukraine.
With Ecofusion from Oknoplast, builders and renovators receive a technically sophisticated and high-quality plastic window that can be used in both new construction and renovation. It has a 5-chamber structure with a depth of 76 mm and therefore offers space for double and triple glazing, which ensures additional insulation. With double glazing available as standard, the Uw value is 1.0 W/m²K. With a third pane of insulating glass the heat transfer coefficient is even better at 0.78 W/m²K. The construction also ensures better sound insulation and stands for high durability and enormous stability.
Thermal bridges, which lead to an increase in energy consumption for heating, no longer occur with Ecofusion thanks to a special plastic-glass composite, the so-called warm edge. Protection from humidity, cold, noise and drafts is guaranteed by a third level of window sealing. Regarding sound insulation, the noise level caused by road noise, for example, is reduced by 34 dB. This means that the sound insulation value of the Ecofusion is well above 90%.
Windows with narrow facing widths are becoming increasingly popular these days. They represent a modern design and at the same time let more natural light into the rooms. That’s why Ecofusion profiles are 10 millimeters narrower on each side than other windows. The highest RAL A quality class means that they still meet all stability, insulation and safety requirements. The Ecofusion is available in over 50 different colors, including wood and concrete looks. The weld seams on the profiles are almost invisible thanks to the special production technology.
For new buildings and renovations in the private sector, the police recommend installing officially tested and certified burglar-proof windows or doors. For the house you should choose at least the RC2N class with mushroom lock and handle or button with lock. To protect the window as much as possible, especially on the ground floor, it is worth investing in additional RC2 class safety glass. Ecofusion is available in these certification classes, tested by the independent institute Institut für Fenstertechnik e. V. in Rosenheim.
Ecofusion therefore offers premium quality, sophisticated design and maximum functionality, all at an excellent quality-price ratio. The window is produced according to strict quality guidelines and has obtained the relevant certificates. Good to know: Oknoplast specialist dealers support builders and renovators in applying for financing through the BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control).

With its narrow profiles, the Ecofusion plastic window allows for larger glass surfaces, which bring more natural light into rooms than conventional systems. The construction also has the best acoustic and thermal insulation values. This provides peace and quiet, reduces heating and electricity costs and ultimately reduces CO2 emissions. .
